Yes, this is true. The STARTER package is not available since a few months, as we are re-evaluating what is the best packages offer we could set up for our customers, considering that we also introduced the ability to use PokerSnowie with the new mobile apps (iOS and Android) on smartphones.

We are also about to change completely our Challenges area, making it a more "Training" oriented feature. Not only, we have several other things on our to-do list, as well as reconsidering the introduction of a monthly subscription (as now they are all annual).

Among this path, one of the steps we decided to take was to remove the STARTER package.

Cool, I hope you work it out - it shows way more confidence in your product when you give entry level packages and monthly options

Can you please bring back the live advice popup to training (former challenges) that shows the EVs before we act, like it was in the previous version
It just adds extra clicks unnecessarily and is quite a paradox - it gets renamed to training and you take away the feature to show you what EVs an action has before you take it - that, you know, trains you better
And you can take the optimal Snowie sizing/line for next street.

Would be cool to have an option to have that, or to keep the older version at least

Hello, my "Preflop advice" function isn't working ("internal error [code: 361]" pop up).

I've sent an email to support@pokersnowie.com, but haven't received any kind of answer yet. I'm wondering if this is a problem on your end or if I need to fix something on my end.

Every other function works fine. Only the Preflop advice.
