You literally have close to zero natural bluffs on this board. (KdJd, KdTd, QdJd, Td9d, 9d8d, 8d7d are the only candidates which most of them you wouldn't turn into bluffs, or do not even 3bet frequently)
Their preflop play is already terrible. Just mark them as fish/whale/calling station and move on.

I think it would depend on how aggressive you've been playing at this table. Have you triple barreled a bluff or 2nd pair and been called down? It could also just be he is a calling station or if he's a reg he might be on FTG tilt. He might have put you on a draw like taavi1337 said

I totally agree with you. I think you played it very well and maybe after the flop he believed you were looking for a straight or flush and on the river even he is committed he could have think was winning with his lower A .

He didnot think about your hand, he saw only his top pair. Call 3B with A7o is proof ot it he doesnot think.

Villain mistakes are in preflop and turn. River call I don't mind if he thinks turn call is good. Bit indeed it takes creativity for hero to find bluffs in here and to be honest in micro limits bluffs should be likely almost non existent anyway after he calls flop.
