Hello,

Please advise if you think the hand was played correctly. OTF I thought that I could scare the BU away and still have chance to win if he had just called with an overpair pre.

Well you should get credit for bet in a way that it's empty side pot. Issue though for semi bluff is that you still need to win the all-in player to win pot. So imo it's unnecessary to bet flop. There is some chance to win pot anyway with K high if it goes checked to showdown.

Most of the time I would check it down with multiple villians in the hand in a empty side pot without a made hand.

Also ICM has a factor with in mind you are the 3th stack at the start of the hand. Offcourse the chip stacks are really shallow and close to each other, but even if you check it down and loses you have still enough chance to have a shot to get ITM.
