imo fold preflop - no need to steal the blinds in such an early stage of the tourney, the reward just isn't worth the risk and it will usually get you in trouble, I would fold to a reraise without special reads on villain.

as played, raise more preflop, minraise might appear weak and would be taken advantage of, it's also giving him the odds to call your raise.

since you are oop I think a Cbet on the flop is a good idea. I like the river shove, I don't think he was chasing a flush draw.

Preflop is heavily butchered. There is no reason for calling the reraise preflop. Our hand is awful for doing this.

Sometimes minraising preflop is OK against nits, but even this is bad. (from some decent cash game player talking about heads up cash games on another unnamed forum:) Against nits we should adjust by raising more hands, not changing our betsizing amount because this just makes him play back at us and also very clearly lets him know that we are aware of what we're doing.

Flop as played is bad. Just check/call here.

Turn as played is good.

River as played is not great. I'm guessing he's putting his opponent on a kind of weakish pocketpair-type range like 77-QQ, maybe AcJc, and wants to avoid a negative freeroll type situation, HOWEVER our equity against this sort of range is not great. So I would opt for a check/call in order to try get value from some bluffs.
