Look at this! It's from last Monday's session (May 11 - there is a time difference of 5 hours).
Watch Heidelberga table: "The Playing History Audit" says I left the table with $ 25.47
But PT4 says something else: I left the table with $ 26.23, C won being $ 1.23 (25 + 1.23 = $ 26.23).
So a $ 0.76 difference to my detriment. This is what happened every day for 3 months
But I also have good news!
Yesterday when I logged in, Pokerstars software was updated and after 6 hours of play there was no difference. Zero difference! I hope it all ended here! You draw the conclusions!

Long ago I had a problem with PT4 where something was screwy with the time zone.
Send PT4 support an email explaining your situation.
You may need to send them your database.
PT4 just did an update today too, though...
When I tried to find out where the error came from, of course I also thought about PT4: "is it possible that PT4 does not register the last hands?" But I found the answer quickly: "Instant Hand History" looked exactly like PT4: the last hand was the same as in PT4.
In the example I gave "Instant Hand History" showed that I left the table with $ 26.23. Different from "The Playing History Audit" (25.47$)
Regarding the time zone difference ... "The Playing History Audit" provides data in Eastern Time while PT4 is set to the time here (England)
The playing history audit does show the time in Eastern.
I generally convert the times
Check your time settings in PT4
I still think it is worth querying their tech support.

Is problem solved? Did it happen again?
Did you need to do something extra in settings in PT4 or PS?
