Looks like the rake is unreal from that chart to your profit

Rake does seem high at 5% what with GG raking preflop hands and the last 10k hands at 2nl R&C i earnt zero rakeback. Hopefully that gets better as i move up the stakes a little. But as im not grinding enough volume to make leaderboards im looking for the fish buffet and bonuses to make some extra C$

I'm impressed. 7BB/100 over 10K hands is a strong showing...
$33.03 in the GG daily flip out basically goes in the bankroll as rakeback/bonuses.

You win your chips from bad beats and various other things in to the 100k daily flip out, it's played automatically all players are just pushed all in every hand until prizes are determined.
I posted a hand similar to this — a pocket pair facing an open and a 3Bet.
At best you're flipping vs AK, or AQ, which is actually worse since it blocks one of your outs.
Discretion is the better part of valour, as they say

sb cold 4bet as well , i guess i can go with QQ i just wasn't feeling it given the positions and action.
Another tight fold preflop with JJ i had 500 hands on villain who had solid vpip/pfr sand 6% 3bet so a little confusing to see this jam but the ev between calling and folding i dont think would be huge here it's possibly got to be slightly -ev call "maybe" .

That's another good fold.
I see you open raise 2.5BB from the HJ — is that standard, or just for fast-fold? Or for some other reason.

Allows you to defend your opening ranges slightly better vs 3bets with the spr etc... lots of people use smaller sizes than 2.5x these days as well. But tbh i dont think the difference is huge between 2.5x and 3x etc..
