Preflop aggressor villain was a so called reg (22/13/0,75 - VPIP/)PFR/TAF, 54 hands at that time) . I played a couple dozen hands with this player after this hand. Before and after no very big move or mistake. I think AJ, QJ could be in his/her range easily as well as KJ,TJ. But in this case a bet would came at least on flop I guess - even considering the low TAF at that time. A6s could be his range but in this case no call on flop.

KQo could be folded preflop? From CO and BU 3bet is OK? Bet size on flop and turn is OK? Is there any situation when river call/all-in makes sense? I guess not unless there is a quite solid read/history.

I would just fold right away against a UTG+1 open with KQo at a full ring table. As played I would bet the flop and turnfor value as well. Half pot for both streets is big enough I think.

River is a bad card for you. Offcourse you get decent odds, but tough to of hands in villains range you beating.

PF: Snap fold. I MAY call from BU vs looser preflop raiser. I would call in BB usually unless this dude is ultra tight. I definitely fold KQo in all other positions. It really makes a massive difference.

F: You need to recognize that your hand has 1.5 streets of value at the very most. This board is bad for you. You only beat KJs (does he even have KJo?), you lose to AK and AA and KTs. Can you get 2 streets of value from JJ/QQ/ATs? I am doubtful when this is a 4way pot.

T: Clear check for reasons mentioned before, you only have 1,5 streets of value. I rather wait for a safe river, if he checks again then he usually has ATs/JJ/QQ/KJ, then you can not only bet more confidently, but also bet larger.

Call preflop if you are not BU is bad. Rise or fold. Sometime you can call if you have hand what could make nuts or strong hand like pairs or Ax in MW.
Vs 1 you win less or you loose.
I you called flop and rise flop than I only check back turn and maybe try to bluf catch low bet on the river - you heve to call 22bb to pot 84bb to win 106bb you need 21% equity .
But there it looks like AJ or more JJ, who would call with AJ on the turn 70% pot bet on this baord - so than you have 0%.
