888 poker verification

hi forum, i hope i was not here to say this but i have to. its been 4 months almost i started playing on 888 by username Ar5hh. things were smooth as i was loosing and depositing n loosing they asked for some papers n i gave them which i never received reply untill they disabled my account for verification. they disabled it very next day when i deposited 100 dollars. i never tried any withdrawal, i made one mistake that i used third party cards to fund my account as here in my country no ewallet funding option is available. and conversion of us dollar is very high so i thought ok to use these cards of my friends and relatives. while trying some cards were declined some were passed to fund the account. the funny thing is they never said i cannot do this to fund account. they disabled my account after deposit and i was told to send papers which i provided on 14/4. from that day till today, different representatives kept on asking papers again n again n again i got messed up. till today they ask the same papers which they required on 14 i mean no one really sees how many mails i sent what papers i uploaded on the app what papers i sent through email. this much they made me sick that i told them block my account as i was there for fun n entertainment not to get messed up. dont know the rules of this forum else i would have pasted all the emails from them n from my side which from 14/4 till today i sent.
i mean if i am uploading some papers they ask me to and after 3 dYs when i went back to support for update i have to hear something new or the same papers which i uploaded or were sent to another representative. i begged them to have a look at my account my mail and the papers i uploaded but they only focus on the last reply their representative have given or the last documents i uploaded, n in next email they are asking the same papers that all others are passed just send these. and very next day same papers i mean if others are passed why after days again need those. i was so happily enjoying the platform but they have messed it up. i have switched to another poker forums as i cant take this pain. i am not from europe so the documents may be here are much hard to get passed. i never knew as 888 was my first online portal to join. very bad experience i had and i am posting this in hope for new players to be cautioned before joining specially people from asia region. i accept my mistakes of using many cards but they should accept they made a fool out of me by asking for papers again n again n again. it really was something so bad that i had to tell them to keep the money get rich if it makes you. i mean if they cant approve papers they should tell me 2,3 days after first i sent them, no they kept asking they kept telling others are passed just send these. and when i sent "these" they will ask again the "others". i really am so disappointed with them, but i am happy as i was going to deposit lot more, i am happy i did not. hope things stays good for other players i really loved playing there but it does not end so well for me.
