I have been a CP player for many years now but I am wondering if they're actually folding up. On April 19th I requested a BTC payout which was approved. For the first week, the withdrawal was shown as "pending" since then it's status has been listed as "In progress" Surely it can't take this long for a bitcoin transaction to complete. 5 different times I have emailed their customer support and have yet to receive a single from response. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, CP isn't an affiliated room, so our customer service department won't have contacts there.
I presume that you have verified that you're emailing the correct site?
It is unusual for a site to not even send an auto-reply.
Another avenue of approach is to write to the regulatory agency that supervises CP — in that email, detail your complaint.
I would copy the customer service or head office email address on that one, then just wait.
Email requests typically are handled in sequence, and it may be that each time you email, it goes to the end of the line.
I did a search and one of the options that came up was:

One of the complaints listed there was "withdrawal delays" — so you're not alone.
