In those two hands, AA guy didn't wanna run it twice, and it was pretty obvious that KK guy did want to run it twice he paused on flop and turn taking his time doing stuff, probably deciding on insurance or cash out.

I think this is why opening 3.5BB on BTN is good sometimes, let's say I open normal like 2.2BB or 2.5BB, the TT 3bet, AK4bet, TT5betAI. Here, TT will not even 3bet preflop if the steal is at 3.5BB. Obviously, I saved 100BB here so it's kind of player dependent random money saving situation.
Of course, we don't do it all the time, and we will have to mix in the entire GTO opening range.
