It's pretty close between folding turn or river.

I would probably fold turn exploitatively.

Villains lead on the flop is weird and this is NL2. I wouldn't be surprised if villian could over play Kx here. Without reads it's tough to fold the river I think.

Usually its very bad sign if tight player donks overbet against you. I would definitely fold turn and thank God for that 9c. I might think about being more stubborn on other cards, but 9 fills only good draw from flop.
