The villain is 23/15/af2.4/3B:6/ATTSTL:25, 251 hands

That's actually a very tight range for attempted steal at this stake, imo.

V is marked in red, note says capable of overbet bluff on river w/ missed FD/SD.<----How would this apply?

PokerStars - $0.50 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 136.84 BB
SB: 438.36 BB
Hero (BB): 202.92 BB
UTG: 154.84 BB
MP: 143.16 BB
CO: 57.9 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9♠ T♠

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 2.5 BB, fold, Hero calls 1.5 BB

Flop: (5.5 BB, 2 players) 6♥ 4♥ 8♣
Hero checks, BTN bets 1.72 BB, Hero raises to 6.76 BB, BTN calls 5.04 BB

Turn: (19.02 BB, 2 players) Q♣
Hero bets 14.08 BB, BTN calls 14.08 BB

River: (47.18 BB, 2 players) J♠
Hero bets ? ?

V still has 113.50BB on river.

Thoughts on the line and river bet size?

I think block bet could be interesting option versus villain capable of big bluffs. Decent portion of our value range like flopped two pairs are not super strong anymore but can still go for value?

Sure, that's an interesting take on his aggression, not only to induce bluffs but to induce raise by his value range, his value range(tight) should be something like 88/66/44/A8hh/AQhh/AJhh/QJhh/JJ/QQ/KK/AA.

I ran this thru solver and solver prefers 100% 3bet of T9s on BB vs BTN which is interesting because I don't remember getting correction doing sims on BB vs BTN.

Hero bets 179.58 BB and is all-in, BTN calls 113.5 BB and is all-in<------after +30 seconds of leveling

Hero shows 9♠ T♠ (Straight, Queen High)
(Pre 21%, Flop 19%, Turn 18%)
BTN shows K♥ K♠ (One Pair, Kings)
(Pre 79%, Flop 81%, Turn 82%)
Hero wins 270.18 BB
I figure, since the villain is capable of big river bluffs(according to my notes) perhaps he is the same way in regards to bluff catching, and this is a very enticing board texture. Still, it tilts me like a monkey if this was to happen to me holding KK, it really would.

Not sure about the check/raise on the flop with only 2 over cards and 4 straight outs. Lucky for you hit the backdoor straight.

On the river you could also check if you think villain could bluff the river, but if I would bet I would make it around 25bb for value.

Cheers,

Sure, I wonder which would look more suspicious, to CRAI or just jam on river. Because we want to represent bluff/the nuts, super polar.

I feel like c/r looks stronger, since you risk the xb nad we don't like that with our bluffs. Well played in this case. Think his call is rather marginal on the river, even thogh the flush did'nt get there. but for 140 bb his calloff seems a little over the top.

Sure, solver would have you fold the river because of relative hand strength, SRP, and SPR. It just doesn't make sense to call there. It is a note worthy event though, imo.

Check rise would be nice, but I I would bet 3 barrel. We have nuts, he call 2x, so I like to continue with it.

Jamming looks really weird so deep I think. Normally I would go for a normal bet sizing or you expect villain could call light like now.
