Thank you guys for your feedback, I am very happy about it.
For now I try to play 3x 50 min sessions which equals around 75 hours per month (~18k-20k hands volume) every evening in the timeframe from 5 to 11 pm.
In the forenoon I focus on studies:
- Session Review (labelling and note-taking at HM2)
- Video course (PLO from GroundUp at RIO)
- Range design (Preflop RFI´s with MonkerSolver)
- Theory reading + summarizing (The Poker Mindset)
- Range practice (either GTO with PLO Vision or my Gameplan)
I finished the RFI of PLO Vision so far:

Next week I will get monker solver and translate those GTO RFI ranges into more tight personal Gameplan ranges better suited for Low Stakes. I will study those and study the deviations from different positions to have no conceptual interruption in terms of hand categories. I will lay my main focus on Preflop play for this year.
Afaik PLO200 there will be an even bigger skill gap (no wonder since it´s the income threshold to play full-time professional for western wage levels) so I will give myself plenty of time to establish solid grind PLO100 before moving on. The plan is to evaluate my bankroll and skill level again at the end of the year. I hope to hit the 20k then to take some shots.
My bankroll management became a little complicated, since I not only play on 2 sites, I also do not want to have all my money on those pokersites due to contingency and currency risks (€ losing value against US-$ and there might be an economical recession in the next 12-18 months with high inflation and federal banks´ rising interest rates).
At the moment alltogether I have 119 buyins (35 buyins on GG and 39 buyins on Win2day and 50 buyin in reserve) to play PLO100. Since I am mixing PLO50 due to low traffic it´s more like I would play PLO75, that would be more like 158 buyin (it´s allowed to calculate it like this). The cash reserve is not included at the amount stated in the official PS bankroll challenge, since a term of condition is to account only for money that is deposited at the pokersite.
When I have managed to establish my new habits/routines, I will increase my daily session durations from 2,5 hours to 3,5 hours. At the moment I do not feel mentally prepared to play the volume I aim for but this is okay.
Finally, what I have learnt so far: Wow living as a professional poker player those up and downs can be quite stressful. The more bankroll, the less stress you have. I can remember the times where I tried to turn things around with a 35 Buyin Bankroll after things went wrong. No wonder that never worked out. The pressure you feel influences the whole decision making process. Having a Bankroll edge is the mental edge. No surprise, when you think in a way that peoples´ Bankrolls are competing with each other, in a longterm time-frame, 1 single bankroll will eat all other bankrolls. Poker still is a zero-sum pyramid game at its purest. And you need to continue playing, when things go bad too. You need to continue playing half-decent to get that flow of EV-bucks incoming and without bankroll your career as professional is basically over. Always keep enough assets in back for the stakes that are required to play (to make monetary progress while covering fixed expenses) and focus on establishing a solid continuous improving process off the tables including non-poker related leisures.
