Hi
That is not acceptable you deposited from that credit card , so there is no reason that you cannot refund back to the same card. If I do not get a satisfactory reply within the hour you leave me no option but to blitz all the social media platforms etc with copies of the correspondence in this matter as well as contacting the other agencies where you are registered..
the ball is in your court

Hello Mannie,

Thank you for your response.

Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the amount of game-play that needs to be generated to prevent possible risks of misuse.

We do recognize that the lack of specificity can be frustrating. However, please be aware that we firmly believe it is in the best interests of the GGPoker community as well as the ecology of the website that bonuses and transfers are completed in good faith with the exclusive intention of legitimate gameplay.

All withdrawals go through an internal audit process to ensure that fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and other legal obligations and regulatory requirements are met. As a result, internal withdrawal audits generally take up to 24 hours to process, and in some cases, an increase in volumes may take up to 72 hours.

After funds have been processed it can take up to 2-5 days or as quickly as 1 hour for the funds to reach your wallet or account.

Thank you for your understanding and careful cooperation.

Best regards,
Lucas

The amount of game play required is quite clearly stated in you withdrawal terms document, so, you do not need to disclose it simply read your own terms or get a translator to if the language is not simple enough for you and/or your cashier department to comprehend

Sorry to hear of the problem.
I have recently withdrawn over 600 from GGPoker.
It took maybe a day or so, but then, I didn't deposit using a credit card, and I had long ago submitted all my documentation, and I had played for a long time with that bankroll.

When you deposit, that money must be wagered several times — for example if you deposit $100 you won't be able to withdraw until you have placed at least $300 in bets (I have no idea what GGPoker's requirements are — but 3x is typical). This isn't the poker room's requirement, it is part of an international convention to prevent money laundering. Without it, a criminal could deposit $1,000, then withdraw it, making it look like the money was legitimately theirs.

I suggest that you be patient, review the terms and conditions, and follow them.

Best of luck :gl:,

I couldn't really tell from the first post, what was written by tmannie and what was from customer support.

If I understood it correctly, as Vorpal said it's about money laundering laws. Most sites are transparent and tell you how much you need to wager in different games to be able to withdraw your money. GG doesn't tell it. I have been in the same situation, where they refused to tell me the amount and I had to just wager a little - test withdraw - wager a little - test withdraw and so on.

They are not trying to steal your money, they just follow laws in their own way.
