PT4 inconsistencies after importing PLO hands from GGPoker

Hi.

Not sure if I'm missing something here or not, but after importing and re-importing the same ~9k-ish hands from GGPoker, most of the values on PT4 don't match the corresponding ones shown on Pokercraft.
For instance, GG shows a profit of $35, but PT4 shows "only" $16.

BTW, there is no weird filter set on PT4. All Omaha, all dates, all stakes.

And, as a side note, there were no errors during the importing.

Thanks, Rob. I didn't know that.

But things still seem a bit off. GG says I've played 10,474 hands, but PT4 says I've played 10,476.
And while PT4 says my cwon is 19.90, when I look at my account balance, on GG, I'm up 31.74.

BTW, AFAIK, I don't have any bonus and I'm sure I haven't used any weird cashout feature.

Have you run it 3 times?
Have you won some big-ish bomb pots?
Have you had any bad beats or bad beaten anyone to participate in the bad beat freeroll?
Have you played a ton a single day and maybe gotten some bonus from the ladder?

IDK if PT4 accounts for running it 3 times or bomb pots. You also could have min cashed in the bad beat freeroll or gotten in the ladder 1 or 2 days. Check if you have any tourney hands from the freeroll.

I am not aware of a specific issue that would cause a discrepancy and PokerTracker 4 only uses the information in the hand histories provided to you by GGPoker.

If your 'My Currency' in PokerTracker 4 isn't the same as GGPoker then you cannot directly compare the two.

If you are playing both cash games and tournaments you would need to account for both and some of your tournaments may need to be manually updated if the information isn't provided by GGPoker.

There have also been several updates to PokerTracker 4 over time to account for changes made by GGPoker so if hands that weren't fully supported were imported in an earlier version that could cause an issue and in some cases sessions may need to be purged and reimported. If you don't have many hands you can try importing them all to a new database and seeing if the results are different there but only import them into the latest version of PokerTracker 4 so update it if you haven't already done so.

If you need further assistance you'll need to open a Support Ticket and include all relevant information along with your hand histories.

Bomb pots will import however PokerTracker 4 doesn't support running it more than twice at this time.
