77 OOP Bet on Monotone Flop

Pf it depends on the BB, if SQZ has been a long time I like the 3bet, if not just call, I usually resteal with 99+ that dominate the spp calling range.
Postflop I would play x/c having the club, although we give away equity we avoid a thousand bluffs that can be done to us in that texture.
And I would play x/c depending on villain's bet size, it's not a good flop for our hand so x/f (I'm a NIT) doesn't bother me either.

Be careful with the size of the Cbet, I don't know if you always do it at that size or if you are giving a tell!

Pre-flop you can also call to keep the pot smaller out of position. Now you change 77 in to a bluff. Post-flop you need to fold against a raise. Check/call seems like a decent option as well, but if you hit the flush it's tough to get value and you could have the 2nd best hand as well.

Think x/c as you said is the best option.
and call then probably decides how high the bet sizing of villain is.

3bet pre i think is spewing, you turn value ish hand into a bluff, and you make the pot big for no reason, as played i probably 50% pot on flop and if called i just give up

By me 3B vs BU is not bad.
Postflop I would check-call or check-rise.

You have that many hands played with villain?

Preflop: call is pretty standard

Postflop: monotone boards always are a bit nasty. I'm a fan of check/calling when the price is right

The question is will better hands fold with our flop bet?
Check call flop seems decent play.

Hands like 88-99 could fold against a Cbet without a flush draw. Even Tx could fold sometimes.

I think they will call at least one street and in this way we should be facing the need to bet not only flop but on turn too which is a bit expensive.

Could be, but it's for villain tough to call for multiple streets a 1 pair hand without a flush draw.
