Even considering any simple pair (pocket or floped) with one spade in his hand (think is range bottom), you are only slightly ahead: 55%.

So, being optimistic and assuming he'd push with those and with hands already better than yours with same frequency:
1/2(55%)+1/2(0%) = 27.5% - Fold OTF

Without a spade it's tough to continue the hand on the flop. You beat only a over played top pair hand that could play like this.

We do not have much options to get better on later streets, so we should be folding vs the raise.

Villain's line on the flop doesn't seem to be bluffing because of the size and he's asking us to play for boxes.
If you think there are worse hands in his range playing like this, it's ok to call and reassess on the turn; but what you can't do is call the flop to fold to a brick on the turn; because that card doesn't change anything in villain's range so you're still beating the same hands on the flop.

To minimize variance and since at these levels they play fairly honestly I would fold the flop.
