Vilain was 28/16 over 76. I was planning on checking back that river as 2 of villain flush draws got there, Qh9h, JhTh. I don't know if there are enough bluffs to make this call. Ah2h or Ah3h? I don't think KT would lead here as I could be betting a FD and might bluff on the brick.

I snap call here in this spot. I've seen this kind play a lot and usually indicates weakness. He wants cheap showdown.

Only recreational players play that way. They love to mess around from time to time

P.S. his bet OTR is donk. Lead referes to a limped pot when nobody have the intiative.

Lead or donk could be the same. A donk is leading against the aggessor out of position.
Tough to fold the river with the straight blocker and top pair in your hand against a unknown.

Pretty standard till turn, On the turn, I would bet somewhere between 100-125% as this is a very draw heavy board and BB range connects with this board pretty well. When you think of his calling range pre, he has 78s/67s/56s/FDs/J10s/J9s and so on, so I would be looking to price his draws on turn.
As played, I think it's pretty easy to call the river here, his line and sizing is pretty weird tho, but he still have lots of bluffs on the river and very few value bets like Q9s/J10s as you mentioned. Given the pot odds you have, I'd call here with TP J kicker and take a note on him.
