Hello, I have trouble to install and run HM3 on my new laptop (win11)

I downloadet the recent version from the official site and get following error:

"Holdem Manager 3 could not start due to missing files"

I followed the instructions in the linked support thread but still can't make HM3 run.

https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowledge-base/article/how-to-make-sure-the-latest-hm3-required-dependencies-are-installed

I uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ packs and reinstalled the 2 packs from the support thread.

I also enabled show hidden files and searched for the following folder but I cant't find it or it either exist:

C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\Kits\ .

How do I proceed from now ?

Thanks in advance

best regards

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Uninstall HM3 with this file - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed
- Download and install the latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Alpha&version=3.1.27.8738

Note: This uninstall process will not affect your database, HUDS, or other custom user settings.

If you continue to have problems:

Please reproduce and screenshot the error then collect, zip and attach your \Desktop\HM3logs files, along with the screenshots and details of what steps preceded the error to a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/194/How-to-send-HM3-log-files-to-support
