preflop i defintely would pot.
co posts a deadblind and has 9bb left, like best case would be to get him isolated.
your straddle opportunities there look a bit unusual as in my games i think sb cant straddle but if im first in with straddle in early or middle position, i would pot.
co depends a bit on the btn, with loose btn, then just raise stong and big. but when could iso a straddler ip, like co or btn, then 3x is fine imo. although maybe especially at this very low stakes you just want go for strong hands to raise and raise big always to take down the pot immediatly in best case as often as possible

as played i think its quite fine, with no blocker or bdfd check flop, and turn as well. although sb checked twice, it could be considerable put the co allin. but its still too drawy and we dont block too much of it, so think checking and just try win the mainpot 3way should be fine. just shouldnt check fold against the co here.

river wouldnet bet with this setup as the mainpot is still kind of protected by the cos 4bb, who should call very wide. also would note that he played with 10bb his suited kings superpassive and tag the sb as fish.

you have to raise bigger preflop. When straddled I call more hands that´d be raised in a vacuum and marginal candidates with nuttiness that´d I open-fold but when I raise the dead money with a tight range I raise full pot.

flop is not worst, you still have a naked oesd but it is not good enough to start betting or calling in a bad position.

turn same story, you picked up a pair that might improve to some 2pair SDV and you also have some nice blockers to the possible straight but with multiple players involved it is not enough value/removal to invest money yet.

river is pretty bad actually. No value and without ♦ you can barely do anything but check-fold. Maybe you have more luck in another runout, just give up this one.
