The villain is a tag with 3bet 18% but this is GGP stats though.

His postflop tendencies are very important as well. The problem here is he has stronger T with such high 3bet. If you fold it should be OTT. This potsize seems like a lot of strenght. As played i am gonna broke OTR most likely

After calling turn, and no over cards, think you are priced in to call river. If you are going to fold hand anywhere has to be turn, which I think is probably the correct play.

Frankly, I didn't believe him.

Dont let his high 3bet fool you. He might be sorta hyper aggro pre but tight postflop. You need frequency of his 3 barrel before make any conclusions and to determine whether you might profitably bluffcatch.

If you have any idea of how he might perceive you is a big bonus

This. I would just fold turn. From my experience big bet on flop combined with big bet on turn is value heavy and we are almost dead against value.

V bets very quickly and I call down quickly. I could've been wrong here, yes. However, I play a fair amount of RC and no one, no tags, no lags, no regs bets these sizes in this manner. Some weirdos might though. I think calling down quickly worked here because often times when and if your opponent who calls down flop and turn quickly, usually snap folds on river. And I'm pretty sure that this redline V is aware of that.
