Hang in their man, focus on the experience you get in and try to be honest with yourself if you played your A game. Also do you need that volume and is it appropriate with the time left to study? On the other hand a 10k BE stretch is nothing to worry about.
Found a great post on the 2+2 forum in the old stickies section. My brain needs to absorb a lot of different new theories these days. Sometimes I can't see the trees for the forest anymore. So it's useful to be reminded of the very basics once in a while before starting a session.

Some highlighted parts
Until you can narrow ranges down accurately, it's probably not a good idea to valuebet very thin. It's very macho to say "I valuebet thin here". But if you're not sure that you're actually valuebetting, you're not valuebetting thin. You're just giving money away to the donks.
The pots where you should bluff are the small ones, where you can feel villains hesitation: "Am I behind or ahead? Is it worth it to call this for this smallish pot?" Villains will talk themselves into folding small pots a lot more often. Why? Because your stack is a weapon, and the pot is a shield. A bet is more threatening when there's lots of money behind: your weapon looks dangerous compared to the shield. When the shield is big, your weapon doesn't look so scary.
Whenever you are faced with a decision, aks yourself this question first:
1. Can I valuebet?
If the answer is YES, proceed to valuebet.If the answer is NO, ask yourself
2. Do I have showdown value?
If the answer is YES, you should probably check (especially in position).If the answer is NO, ask yourself
3. Do I have Fold Equity (can I fold out enough better hands than mine)?
If the answer is YES, you might (I SAID MIGHT) consider bluffing. You should be aware that bluffing is not a very useful tactic against calling stations.
You noticed that I didn't mention raising. This is because I think that you can probably AUTOFOLD every time a villain raises if you don't hold the nuts or the second nuts and still make 5PTBB+ at the micro's.

I had thought that I could not play there from Canada, however it now appears that I could if I wanted to do so.
Do they have anything other than Hold'em and PLO?
From what I can see without signing up, they only have those two.

Finished the course 'From the ground up'. Interesting stuff on blockers, betsizing, probing, capped ranges. Will go over some topics a 2nd time. 50$ for 31 videos was good value

I took this course in the late '70s when I was studying for my private pilot's license.
It didn't include blockers and betsizing back then, and capped ranges referred to snow on mountains.
Still a great course though.

Indeed some nice progress here.
I briefly tried Unibet on a couple of occasions but it wasn't for me.
It's a weird mix of a site but the volume of players was always too low except in Jackpot SNGs but I hate those with a passion anyways.
