Villain is 22/16/1.50/47.60 over 180hands. Because we are 200BB what line should i take here?calldown with only ace and shove if i hit flush? Because of the small bet he made on the flop i thought we would have AJ+ or some kind of two pair and would want to get it in.

yeah, when you raise it is ugly when he 3-bets and likely have to get all-in, since you hold tp and nut flushdraw and against 89 you´re basically flipping.
since it is 3-way pot and I don´t want to get all-in, I´d just call flop, call turn and see what he does on the river. You can always get all-in when you improve to flush.

What if i just call his bet and the turn blanks and he bets pot.My odds are bad for the flush and my top pair probably isn't good.Should i just fold?

when they lead half potsize bet on the flop, they would almost never bet pot on the turn. But even potsize bet I´d likely call, since I think he can also hold there some draws and you have showdown value even if you don´t improve.
Since you´re deep you also get very good implied odds calling turn.
