shove or check river?

I will shove big portion of the time. You might extract value out of QJ,JJ,88 witch might otherwise check behind. You block strong flush draws as well. That will be my main reasoning to check OTR. To give him a chance to bluff his busted draws

Don't check river. Everything that is not a straight will probably check back. Even though he seems taggish, I feel like most players miss thin valuebets more often than they should. Also what bluffs do they have when you block everything?

Valuebet (jam) river and hope to get called by two pair+.

jam away- I wouldn't check this. I don't see villain even trying to value bet with a set. as said above Maybe Maybe you villain will bluff if on FD, but i doubt it

Not all people are bad and call off with twopair or set on this river. He is maybe a decent player who figured it out
