3bet pre

Villain likely thinking you hit something or you fold to river bet anyway so he checked behind.
Don't think he is putting you on TT specifically, just that something is weird and he is not feeling good about what will call him on river if he does a value bet.

When I binked the T on turn I tanked and I put up the "So Sick" Emoji for effects. However, after that the reg checked back on river quickly.

When players do this they normally have it, I've seen it with that chip shuffling.

I don't think you need to use emoticons during the hand. It could only work against you and normally I would 3bet pre-flop as well and fold to a 4bet. Post-flop seems pretty standard as played.

Say the population 3bets to 10BB and 4bet is 20BB, no one in the population folds TT to 20BB 4bet, no one that I can think of.

If he puts your range at 99+ there is no value to bet the river.

You gonna hero call with AJ+?
You gonna call with 99?

No everything folds. The only hand he can extract value of is QQ. So his check is good.

Well I did this for same reason as I can't really beat much anymore on river. The run out is worse than your hand though.
Maybe I got bluffed but it's a weird spot.
