PLO50 AAQ6ss too passive line?

Versus a bit aggro I think that is fine. As getting raised on the flop or turn would suck.

With QQ+nfd I would likely lean toward x-c flop to x-r turn. At least theory wise I think that combo is slowplayed quite a bit on flop

This hand is a great example of how playing deep stacked omaha out of position sucks. We have really sweet one on the flop and yet we have to pot control it. It's a good hand for a semibluff versus a set but this might not be the right spot to do it. Opponent would pot control his own two pairs which makes the rest of the streets hard to play because we cannot really know where the hell are we. Our hand is underrepped allthough we can catch 3 streets of value from some weaker pairs who are betting -KK, AQ maybe on certain spots and bluffs ofc.

I like your pre-flop thinking. Especially deep it's good to be doublesuited. I would not 3bet this or even AAQ[5-2]s in this spot. Maybe something like AAQ9s+ if the opponent is bad enough.

I wrote a piece about what would be right spr in this spot to shove the flop but it got time-outed and disappeared. In short, versus aggressive player who would overplay his top2s and weaker combodraws and KK+fd and such, somethink like 15-18 seems right, it's about 3bets plus last smaller one villain would have to call pot-commited. What do you think?

Well in normal like 100bb spot where flop SPR is around 13 I am fine in general with x-r-allin line with top pair+nfd+some top two outs type hand. I dont think x-r is necessarily bad in this spot either on flop as 3bets should be super rare when we block QQ. Like even if villain has combo draw he might not want to 3bet without nfd.

Yeah too passive preflop with this good hand. The goal should not be to avoid difficult spots postflop, but to stack the fish with big stack playing too many crappy hands.

As played preflop check-raising flop seems like a good idea. Now that we hit nicely it is time to build bigger pot against a player playing too many crappy hands.

If opponent would be solid player it's a different story.
