Open raiser stats: VPIP: 35%, PFR: 19%, ATS: 33%, 3BET: 15% after only 33 hands. So I should push all in here preflop or just call and see what happens.

With 20bb stack I would probably not have any call range versus 3bb open. Standard shove, well played.
Well played and lose typical on GGPoker. This soft is too unplayable for me only this spots or lose with better hands.
This is just a cooler. It's a standard shove against most villains. Only against a nit I would consider folding without ICM involved.

You are on the button, personally from this position (and maybe cutoff) I favour a call and see the flop. From any other position I favour the shove (and pray) - and if this was in the blinds when all others have folded then particularly so.
I don't fault your shove though. You're only behind to four hands in his whole range. You're only really afraid of AA and dominated by AK - if so you're hoping its off suit. if he has QQ you've got the Ace. Same for KK but you can also then hit running Qs. Everything else is a flip, so putting the pressure back on them is always the default whilst you've still got a big enough stack to force that fold. Don't get blinded and anted away.
I've learnt especially the likes of GG (and PKO format in particular) the importance of getting that big stack early doors, choosing MTTs where I don't mind rebuying again so I can take those early opportunities to bully (and/or double up hopefully), instead of one's where I'm afraid to bust out because of the cost.
