I think check is fine result orientated, but Bet push is also fine. I dont like call. Sometimes he has a set + nut flush Draw.

The only draw from the flop completes on the turn. If we think what kind of hands he should have in his flop calling range, most of that range is either ahead of us or a mile behind. From those hands that are behind, it's hard to get value. On the other hand, versus straights opponent can raise if we bet and gain value from us.

When we have diamonds, the odds for him to have lower flush draw goes down a little. If we valuebet the turn, he needs to have either a set (small portion of his range) or some combo hand with fd. Most of his weaker made hands will just fold.

If he has OESD on the flop and now on the turn, I wouldn't mind checking as he has just 6 outs.

So overall I don't think we gain much from betting. Small portion of his range gives us value and we don't really need protection. With check we get a river versus possible straight and also we have the hand where we can call all blank rivers and gain value from his bluffs on the river.

What should we do when we bet turn? This hand is so strong, but i would like to check turn most of the time.

If we think his raise range is straights, we call and fold unimproved. If we think he might be semibluffing often, we just shove it in.

He Might Find himself strong enough not decide Its a semibluff or nuts. Its not a bad play from his part to play set + fd the same as he would play the nuts. Probably the only hands in his range that balance the nut straight and make fold better on River by push.
