PLO50 TT76ss 4way 3bet pot, line with low boat?

I would try to check-raise flop. There are usually two hands that give value to us, Kxxx and AAxx. We want to stack off versus Kxxx, as we are ahead of that range. We block KT (only one T in the deck). If we check-call, we put ourselves in horrible turn and river decisions when opponent barrels.

Once flop goes checked, definitely stab the turn. As fd opens, I would go for half a pot, I doubt that high VPIP player folds AA to one bet. And on the river half a pot is good, wouldn't be super surprised if he calls with AA.

I think flop check is tricky but the best option. Most of the time I show agression as soon as I can in multiway pot. So much power in it.

Yeah, but it's a spot where those high VPIP players cbet AA quite often.

I would fold preflop even if table is screwing around.

Even with high VPIP players we shouldn't widen our ranges too much. Most pots will be multiway, so we would like to have nut/strong components in our hand. TT76 will flop non-nut wraps/straights, and fd is low. That leaves us set mining, which is rarely a profitable situation. Also, if someone 3bets we end up in nasty situations.

If opponents are kind of players who won't 3bet anything but AA and are betting/raising only valuehands postflop, then this hand should be profitable with a call. The sizing doesn't really matter as hero is not on the blinds. Still, I would skip this hand.

Well I did get called on river by surprising boat as BU had 6433ds with two spades. But yeah exactly type of hand I wanted to keep in pot with small turn bet. Though maybe half pot would have been called as well.

To be fair, none of our default strategy should target THAT hand with turn value bet.

Similar hands means low fd? As those low pocket pairs aren't much of a value. The thing is that he shouldn't call the small bet with low fd. If he does, then probably that decision is based on emotions instead of logic. And he most likely calls half a pot bet too.

I think the Bet size is fine. He Might thinks we want to take the pot cheap
