Hello, I am in the process of creating my GG account right now and I am afraid I might screw it up ao it does not get tracked by PS. So do I have to enter a bonus code when signing up or how do they know I signed up via PS? Thanks for helping out!

If you think that you've made an error, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.

I’ve just completed the gold shrimp rank. If I take a break now will it reset back to bronze shrimp?

If I complete bronze crab and then take a break will it reset back to bronze crab or all the way down to bronze shrimp?

Does it start to download and then fail?
Does it even start?
Can you get to the download page?

What page are you trying to download from?

There really isn't enough information in your post to give us a clue what the problem might be.
If you are trying to sign up to GGPoker through PokerStrategy.com do this:
 Go to https://www.pokerstrategy.com/ggpoker/freeplay/
 Read the entire page carefully -- there are instructions there that you need to follow
 Click the button that says "Visit GGPoker"
 When you click that, you will be taken to the GGPoker site where you can register and download the app. If you have an adblock, you might need to temporarily disable it.

If you are trying to do something else -- like download the app on a phone, let us know...

You can see the FAQ on your Strategy Points page, or clicking here. If you checked everything, and still can't find a solution, I would contact PS support, they are really friendly and helpful, I have really great experiences with them, and I'm sure they will help you find out what's wrong.

Kindly explain why this withdrawal was declined , before you do kindly read your withdrawal policy requirements document and point out in terms thereof your reasons.

As a result, internal withdrawal audits generally take up to 24 hours to process, and in some cases, an increase in volumes may take up to 72 hours.

After funds have been processed it can take up to 2-5 days or as quickly as 1 hour for the funds to reach your wallet or account.

The amount of game play required is quite clearly stated in you withdrawal terms document, so, you do not need to disclose it simply read your own terms or get a translator to if the language is not simple enough for you and/or your cashier department to comprehend
