Moved up to 5NL, this hand has been grinding through my mind the past few days.
Any mistakes in my train of thought or betsizing?

PF: as we're both deep I decided vs 3b this is a call with a hand that can hit a flop nice and the implied odds.
Pre-Flop: ($0.07) Hero (Hero) is SB with 8♣ 9♣
3 players fold, Player1 (BU) raises to $0.12, Hero (SB) calls $0.10, Player3 (BB) calls $0.07
On the flop I hit the nuts, as PF caller I decide to XR this board (expecting a decent amount of Cb on this wet board.)
With the bet/call from V on the Flop I narrow his range to JJ+, A♠J♠+
Flop: ($0.36) 7♠ 5♣ 6♠ (3 players)
Hero (SB) checks, Player3 (BB) checks, Player1 (BU) bets $0.18, Hero (SB) raises to $0.57, Player3 (BB) folds, Player1 (BU) calls $0.39
TURN: XR would turn my hand into a bluff which I don't like. I doubt if I should bet here but I decide to XC here to not scare away made TPTK hands and give way for V to bluff.
Turn: ($1.50) Q♠ (2 players)
Hero (SB) checks, Player1 (BU) bets $0.72, Hero (SB) calls $0.72
On the river I decide to put in a blockbet which in hindsight seems stupid because it doesn't align with my previous actions.
With the Jam from V my reasoning is he either has a SET with a or he has a flush. Should I have called as played considering we're both deep?
I don't think people jam enough with the FD on the board on 5NL to call.
