You can get involved in our T-a-F program. Just go to this page where you'll see your unique referrer code as well as social media links.

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
