Nasty bad beat, but I would shove the flop for only 5,5bb effective more.

I would 4x raise and 1 extra per caller out of position. That would be 12bb in total.
On the flop I would shove for value for only 33,5bb more, but in general I would start with a 100bb stack.
Also you're sizing could be around 2/3 pot if villain is really passive with the intention to shove the turn.
