1-Gapper life - I feel like I should've raised even if it worked out for me. What do you think?

UTG raises to 2 BB, Hero calls 2 BB, CO calls 2 BB, fold, fold, fold

Flop: (7.5 BB, 3 players) J♠ T♦ 8♦
UTG bets 9 BB, Hero calls 9 BB, fold

Turn: (25.5 BB, 2 players) 3♠
UTG bets 92.5 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 92.5 BB

River: (210.5 BB, 2 players) T♣

UTG shows A♦ J♣ (Two Pair, Jacks and Tens)
(Pre 61%, Flop 5%, Turn 0%)
Hero shows 7♦ 9♦ (Straight, Jack High)

Pre-flop should be a fold I think against a UTG raise with 97s.
Post-flop is fine. Let villain blow up his stack when you have the nuts and straight flush draw.
You're hand doesn't need protection and if you raise against a more than pot size bet villain could think off folding.
