I shrug my shoulders and play the next hand as if nothing happened, assured that it's not a single hand, or even a couple hundred bad beats in a row that'll affect me. It's all about the long run.

It is, after all, only a game.

Not everyone really breaks stuff but many people have serious problems with tilt . To stop tilt the key thing is to play learning orientated instead of results orientated.

Yeah but it's very hard to achieve.

What do I do if I go on tilt?

Play 100NL BSS with my $200BR.

works out good?

Well, if losing almost everything and spending the next few days/weeks building it back up again is good. Then yea, it works out good!

I quit after tilting pne or two Buy-Ins away.

well it's not that easy for me to tilt, this situation happened while 8-tabling $2.5 DoNs and lost all of them in 5 minutes for bad beats and clownies

I think about how many times a river has fallen in MY favour. Or I think about how many times I've made cash simply by calling someone who is tilting. It all balances out.
