Sure, I can help!

1 - Mindset: The New Psychology of Success - Carol S. Dweck
2 - The Power of Habit - Charles Duhigg
3 - The Courage to Be Imperfect - BrenΓ© Brown
4 - Think and Grow Rich - Napoleon Hill
5 - The Harvard Way of Being Happy - Shawn Achor

They all address topics about mindset in general, which you can apply to poker and to life!

I hope I helped, enjoy your reading!

See you at the tables.

Comparing poker to the seasons can be a creative way to understand the different phases and strategies of the game. Here’s an interesting analogy:

:spade: Spring: Just as spring is a time of renewal and growth, in poker, this phase can represent the beginning of a tournament or a new round. Players are full of hope and energy, ready to plant the seeds of their strategies.

 Summer: Summer is characterized by heat and intensity. In poker, this can be compared to the middle of the game, where the action is at its peak. The stakes are high, and players need to stay calm under pressure, making the most of their strong hands.

:diamond: Fall: Fall is a time of harvest and preparation for winter. In poker, this phase can represent the part of the game where players begin to consolidate their stacks and prepare for the final stretch. It’s a time for reflection and adjustment of strategies.

:club: Winter: Winter is a time of challenge and endurance. In poker, this can be compared to the final phase of the game, where the remaining players face the greatest pressure. It is a time of survival and making critical decisions to win.

This analogy helps to visualize how poker, like the seasons, has its ups and downs, requiring different approaches and strategies at each stage. What do you think of this comparison?

Constancy is the key word in life and in poker.

We must draw up plans to achieve what we want and put into practice everything we learn throughout the day, in addition, it is necessary to be consistent in our daily tasks, keeping in mind the following phrase: "every day is day one", that is, every Every day we have the opportunity to start again and do our best, it doesn't mean that starting the task over daily will be starting everything from scratch, but rather starting in a better way, with more experience, with the same passion from where it all started.

I wish everyone a beautiful week!
