Hi,

I was always of the opinion that poker winnings are not taxable in the UK.
As I came about 2 articles from this year on the Web and chatGPT that state that the winnings being taxable or not depends on being a casual or professional player...
So, I wanted to ask here if anyone is aware of any changes in recent years.
