Hi all!

How would you play rolled up trips in stud HI?

super system suggests slowplaying them until 5th and then charging with raises, unless there are scary card on the board (4 flush, 4 straight, higher trips, maybe 2 pair)
Is this really the best way to play them?

Depends on table dynamics.
If people are really nitty on third it is better to limp in and hope they catch some sort of hand.
If players are calling more loosely, you should just raise preflop to thin out the field.

Thats actually not true, the book suggests slowplaying on 3rd and thats definatley fine. On fourth street it rather depends on the circumstances what is best.

No your hand is strong enough so that you dont mind against severel people, if you do raise on third its for value not to kick out poeple.
