PLO2 river spot

As far as I can tell, this hand is played correctly.
Note that I am not an Omaha Hi player. I normally play hi/lo when I do play PLO

I think half a pot is good sizing on the turn. In PLO2 people will call it very often with Jxxx and straight draws. On the river it really sucks, but I wouldn't think of folding at PLO2. If opponent has AJ and played it that way, just make notes and you will get 25bb back soon.

He did have AJ. That is only 3 Ax hands that beats me. What note should I make? He seemed to be thinking player. Not sure. Very big stack, over 500BB. So he did something right. Did not look spewy. Table was mostly passive limp, limp, limp. Evaluate flop, turn, river.

I would personally just check turn in 4way pot and rainbow board. You also block lot of draw stuff that could call. Well if people are calling plain Jx it's probably good bet.

River does require some bad value bets which would mainly be straight. Bluffs seems unlikely.

I would make a note that check-called small bet on the turn with nuts, and pot-donked river.

I don't like his check on the turn, especially check-call to a small bet. He tries so hard to minimize his value. Think it this way: what does checking achieve on the turn, compared to bet? Induced? Well he induced a small bet, what does call achieve on that compared to a raise? And then donk the river? If you have a hand that calls on the river, you have a hand that calls on the turn if he raises. Except the really rare occasion where you bet turn with QQ and hit 2 outer on the river.

Many nits out there and many tighten up a lot mway (rightfully so), for this river call seems to be fine. Would not take any notes cause spot is pretty standard. Maybe checkout other players preflop hands to get an idea how wide they vpip pre.
