PLO100 AKQ7ss facing river lead

Your take on these sort of river spots? Versus this sizing I dont see myself folding but it does feel like we are probably just getting milked. These are kinda spots where people rarely has straight but when they do find lead its very often for value or what is your experience?

Flop went for half but could also use 3/4 pot. Have been testing with some of these smaller sizings in multiway recently.

Yeah, only value. Sometimes they do this for unknown reasons with worse 2pair, but not often enough.

I think I would call. This sizing is weird. Having some stats and notes would also help
