How to beat pokerstars NL10

I would say that after the session you need to review your losing hands and check what you could do better to avoid similar mistakes in the future.

@VisionBoard If you play a solid play (conservative preflop ranges, exploitive postflop game sticking to the base concepts) you will find yourself in no time on NL10. GL:f_drink:

@Gomez224 I'm always reviewing my sessions. My biggest leak I think is underfolding.
For example I am in CO with QhJs 2.5BB oR SB(unknown guy) calls.
Flop Jd 4h 4s : SB raises 2BB , I call.
Turn 6s : SB raises 3BB , I call.
River Tc : SB raises 10BB , I call.

I knew that my river call isn't good for such a big bet (2/3pot) but I couldn't fold. He had AsJc.
But in the next session I make the call again in spots like this.:f_cry:

My result is 0 EV BB/100 over 15k hand on NL10 what I've played.
I feel also a waste of time my sessions because until I am unable to get a winrate over 5BB/100 the switch from NL5 to NL10 was a step back in earning money.

Put numbers in calculator. Lets assume you are 10bb/100 winner on nl10(very unlikely, but lets do it for sake of experiment). What youi can see? That there is 11% chance you will be losing after 15k hands!
I usually say that in all hands that winning player is playing 20% are periods in which he is winning. Rest is struggling not to lose. And it is completely normal. If you are comfortable on nl5 then for sure upswing on nl10 will also come, just stay focused and always try to learn.

how is your progress in the moment? I read these two books, "Master Micro Stakes Poker (6-max book) from Alton Hardin nearly completely. And I just started to read "The Mental Game of Poker". The first book was really good to improve my game massively.

Also I play according Odds and Outs and Implied Odds Theory. I programmed a calculator for me to do this calculation precise.
