I would call. You have nut outs and if flush gets there you should have info whether itäs good or not. If spade comes and opponent bets big, he probably has the flush quite often (as your calling range should have fd very often, so flushing card is bad to bluff).

Calling is guaranteed +EV, while raising is not.

Would you go for value on flushing turn vs check? It's probably too thin as it would more or less target QQ exactly.

Checked this in trainer now with subcription and theory wise its pretty clear 3bet but here is the crucial part that likely doesnt happen in reality:

So opponent is supposed to fold 40% of time to 3bet. Now in reality this is likely at most 20%.

out of curiousity i looked at it with flophero. I've noticed that flophero and PLO trainer sims are slightly different.

6543ds does have some 3b but prefers calling most of the time.
