Nut flush draw call with implied odds at the turn?

You hit the flush 9 out 46 times and that's 19,6% of the time. You need 25% (11,2/(22,2+11,2*2)*100%).
If you can bluff him off the hand you have more change to win, but against a passive villain it's a fold.
If the 3 remaining aces are outs to win your change of winning changed to 26,1% and than it's a profitable call. It's a close spot.

First of all, I would never call the Straddle with that hand. Its an easy open raise. CO could either fold pre-flop or be more careful, as you now have so many value hands in your range. With the call pre, you look really weak so it could very well be that the CO just double-barreled to get you to fold as a bluff.
Besides that. If you are lucky, you either run in a bluff on a checked turn or you hit the flush against AK wich will probably still bet or call a small bet of 1/4 Pot occasionally. So, besides the math, which doesn't give you the odds to call, I would call because of the implied Odds. But folding will probably won`t hurt your winrate as much as the preflop play.

But as your range is capped due to your preflop game and his is not, you would have trouble betting or calling an A on the river.

Preflop indeed clear raise. Folding turn is imo big mistake... You almost get direct pot odds. So even if plan is to x-f any non diamond river you will still make profit with implieds from hitting flush. Sure being oop doesn't help but it just means we might want to lead at least some of the flushing rivers.

If villain sized like 3/4 pot or more I think fold is probably ok being oop.

You should generally be open raising all of the hands you want to play (exception might be with a maniac to your left). And if you're OL'ing, you're likely CC'ing too much also.
