Obviously we aren't folding but what size do we pick?
If we 4-Bet small we give the 3-Better good odds too call and we end up playing AKo out of position and we have too call all his shoves.

Let's pretend MP has something like KQ, so raise/folds (I'm lazy, and 2-way hands are easier)

Here's what Equilab says about your hand pre-flop:

Nice — you have 54% equity but you must hit something OTF to get you to continue.
Problem #2: You're out of position.
Problem #3: We assumed above that MP would fold. If we raise and either of the others re-raises, then what?
It would help having some idea of how the other two play.
A "standard" 4Bet is 3x the last raise, so 27 BB, but do you really want to raise/fold that much?
As you point out, folding isn't an option (at NL 2 anyway).
What do you think of just calling? MP will then call (likely, IMO) and you get to see a flop with more potential.
I hope SDK1987 answers this — he's way better at Hold'em than I am.
I'm not to good in ring games, but whatever. I think 3x seems reasonable. Off course you are getting a decent pot post-flop if 1 or both villains calling. Reads or stats help as well. It's not great, but I don't think 4betting with the intention to fold against a shove is decent with more than 1/4 of you're stack invested already.

Two options here IMO. 4-bet jam or go to 22 or so and fold to 5-bet, unless the 3-bettor is a bit nuts. Never flatting here.
