My intention was to Float cause I think he will cbet his entire range on this flop. After his turn call I put him on a Hand with some showdown Value like 77-JJ sometimes the Q but imo almost never an A.
The river pairs the Q and all pair hands are now worthless. While he was tanking I thought if he pots this river he never has a Valuehand. He cant Valuebet a Q there and since I thought he never has an Ace there he ist almost never Vbetting this spot and I decide to call with K high.

What do you think?

i think its close, it depends on your reads.

In my opinion, he can hold a hand here. There are some Ax he can play c/c on the Turn, since there are not many hands in your range that call 3barrelz and to just to let you fire your float.
Lets say he got a hand like A5s. He of course cbets the Flop. On the Turn he have to question himself:"which hand is gonna call a Turn+Riverbet?". Either you have a Q, a stronger A or a bluff(float). So if he is holding a hand like A5s, i like his check behind there. On the river he is probably valuebetting against a Q. Either he has a bluff or an A.

I'd probably fold without solid reads because that could easily be an A imo that he played for letting you float c/c turn.
