I wasn't sure if a barrel for value on the Turn was reasonable but I still found that I was ahead of Villain's range the majority of the time.

River c/f or c/c ??

IMHO this is a c/f on the river, since you don't beat many hands. But I would bet bigger on the turn.

I like c/c river, especially that small bet.
You never know when fish is going to valuebet with worse Ax hand

I think there can´t be one option if you should c/c that river or not.
Some players are bluffing or even valuebetting there Jx hands, some would only bet with two pair or flush
I think against some passive players who seem solid you can also c/f river, but against some aggressive opponents c/c is ok line or if you think they might fold AT, maybe even AQ then turn your hand into bluff and bet/fold yourself to 15$.
