1) What range do I give BB after the c/r on the turn?

1) no clue about the range, but given his play he likely is an idiot and thus easy calldown; you often run vs. AA but i bet you see a hand like KT often enough too

3) raise the flop, with your turn raise your line gest more expensive when your hand isn't quite as strong and a 3-bet would be ugly since we have to call that as well with our outs

4) raise turn 4 protection
