Hi everyone, this is the first hand I post. Can't wait to get reviews and maybe help if my play was bad :)

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, 1.2 Tournament, 20/40 Blinds (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (MP2) (t1485)
MP3 (t1455)
CO (t1425)
Button (t1725)
SB (t1695)
BB (t1500)
UTG (t1470)
UTG+1 (t1500)
MP1 (t1245)

Hero's M: 24.75

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 5, 5
2 folds, MP1 calls t40, Hero calls t40, 1 fold, CO bets t80, 2 folds, BB calls t40, MP1 calls t40, Hero calls t40

Flop: (t340) 7, 7, A (4 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero checks, CO checks

Turn: (t340) 5 (4 players)
BB bets t340, 1 fold, Hero calls t340, 1 fold

River: (t1020) 8 (2 players)
BB bets t40, Hero raises to t520, BB calls t480

Total pot: t2060

Seat 1: Hero showed [5h 5c] and won (2,060) with a full house, Fives full of Sevens
Seat 6: Big blind mucked [As Kd] - two pair, Aces and Sevens

I figured he might have the Ace since he's raised PF and tried to slowplay it on the flop. (like all the donks he's not giving value to his hand)

He put a good bet on the 5, which gave me my full house so i just called to get more on the river!

His donk bet ( min raise ) on the river showed me he might be scared to put some more or he might feel beat. So i decided to either steal the pot right there or get called by a hand I am dominating.

you arent stealing the pot on the river because you basically have the nuts :P

well played! i would have played it exactly the same.

i like your river bet size you could have even bet closer to 650 but you did fine.

nh wp!

Hi all,

Preflop flop and turn are OK. On the river I would just shove over his bet. He's not going to fold much more often with a ~potsize bet compared to a 2/3 potsize bet or a half potsize bet. So getting more value is better.
