Is there an optimal range for these values? I'm guessing there has to be but any info would be greatly appretiated.

won$@sd is usually around 50% (+-2%).
WTSD depends a bit, basically it could be anywhere between 20%-30%.
It correllates a lot with all other stats so there's no definite answer.
Btw:
These numbers are for SH, i'm not sure about FR.
If you play extremely tight preflop the W$@SD as well as the WTSD could be higher because you have a hand most of the time.
