MP1 checks, Hero bets $2.5, MP1 calls $2.50.

Turn: ($7.85) 2♠ (2 players)
MP1 bets $4, Hero calls $4 (All-In).

Final Pot: $15.85

Is this a fold on the turn ? Should i have maybe overbet the flop ? Opponent was kind of a very bad player fishing without mercy.

i would call here, ur getting 3:1 plus ur reads on villian is fishy

Not a nice Situation, still I would call against most opponents.
If you have a read on him being passive you can consider folding more, because he wouldn't bet on a scarecard as a bluff.
Against normal aggressive opponents you can call and hope to be good in 25% of the cases, which is all you need here.
